Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes! I will ship worldwide! All orders will be sent with tracking and require signature.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped once a week on Thursdays. If you place an order on Thursday it may not ship until the following Thursday depending on the time of day (EST) the order was placed.

Once shipped, packages within Canada can take anywhere from 2 to 9 business days depending on level of service requested. I am not responsible for items that do not arrive.

Packages going to the US, once shipped, can take anywhere between 2 to 9 business days. They will not be sent with tracking or signature. I am not responsible for items that do not arrive.

Packages shipping outside of Canada and the US can take anywhere from 4 to 15 business days depending on your country and location. All packages will have tracking.

All of the above timelines are estimates based on the information provided by Canada Post. Please be aware that the postal system slows down around major holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc) and at the end of each month so packages may take longer to arrive.

What shipping services are available?

All packages will be sent by Canada Post.
If you want your package to be sent via courier (UPS, FedEx, DHL) please contact me so we can work something out.

What size of dolls do you design for?

All items in my store are sized based on 1/3 and 1/4 scale dolls.

For 1/3 scale dolls I have used Dollfie Dream, Dollfie Dream Dynamite, and Dollfie Dream Sister as my references.

For 1/4 scale dolls I have use Mini Dollfie Dream as my reference.

If you are unsure of your doll's size or if your doll is a different scale please contact me.

Do you take commissions?

Yes! Depending on what you want the price may vary, please contact me for an estimate. If you have already purchased a yarn you like please contact me for a "labour and shipping only" quote. Please be aware I do not currently take commissions for Yo-SD or other tiny dolls.
